Our procedure needles are produced under cGMP's with medical grade materials. Our tests include penetration tests, video microscopy for dimensional testing and visual inspections, cleanliness testing, particulate and pyrogen testing, surface analysis, pull-testing, destructive testing, resistance to breakage, magnetic permeability, laser measuring, O.D./I.D. and other dimensional inspections, stiffness testing, historical analysis for standard deviation, leak testing, as well as 100% inspection of special attributes. Chemical tests include both corrosion testing and spectro-analysis.

Procedure needles are provided bulk-clean ready to be sterilized, or in custom printed blister packs ready for sterilization.

ISPG procedure needles (as with our cannula) are manufactured using medical grade tubing per ISO 9626: stainless steel needle tubing for manufacture of medical devices.

Available in quantities ranging from a few hundred for stock items to a few hundred thousand, ISPG can either design needles for a specific application, or duplicate existing needles based on your samples, as well as modify existing designs to better suit your specific needs.
