Cannulae are available from ISPG as custom made to your specific geometries. We produce cannulae to customer specification, or we can generate drawings for you based on similar samples provided or recommend specific geometries with specific attributes designed to meet your exact needs. We supply ground stainless steel cannulae on an OEM basis to medical and pharmaceutical companies as well as for veterinary and industrial uses produced from a variety of 300 series stainless steel. Our cannulae are provided in a bulk clean state under strict cGMP parameters. Our tests include penetration tests, video microscopy for dimensional testing and visual inspections, cleanliness testing, particulate and pyrogen testing, surface analysis, straightness testing, resistance to breakage, magnetic permeability, laser measuring, O.D./I.D. inspections as well as other dimensional testing, stiffness testing, historical analysis for standard deviation as well as 100% inspection of special features as required. Chemical tests include both corrosion testing and spectro-analysis.

Cannulae comply with ISO 9626 and is passivated per ASTM guidelines.
