Cannula is available from ISPG as custom made to your specific geometries. ISPG produces cannula to customer specification, or we can generate drawings based on similar samples that you provide. We can also recommend specific geometries with specific attributes designed for your exact needs. ISPG supplies ground stainless steel cannula on an OEM basis to both medical and pharmaceutical companies as well as for veterinary and industrial uses produced from a variety of 300 series stainless steel. Cannula is produced to meet specific penetration parameters as specified and are available with a variety of features including:

• bump • flare • bent • electro-chemically polished O.D. • mirror finish I.D. • etch mark • echogenic tip, etc.

ISPG's cannula is provided in a bulk clean state under strict cGMP parameters. Our tests include penetration tests, video microscopy for dimensional testing and visual inspections, cleanliness testing, particulate and pyrogen testing, surface analysis, straightness testing, resistance to breakage, magnetic permeability, laser measuring, O.D./I.D. inspections as well as other dimensional testing, stiffness testing, historical analysis for standard deviation as well as 100% inspection of special features as required. Chemical tests include both corrosion testing and spectro-analysis.

Cannula complies with ISO 9626 and is passivated per ASTM guidelines.
