Glass syringes are available from ISPG both as standard and custom designed for your specific needs.

Our glass syringes include both reusable and disposable types and are provided bulk clean and ready to be sterilized.

ISPG's standard glass syringes types include:

All glass syringes are available in borosilicate glass type I with either nickel or chrome plated brass luers
or with USP Class VI polycarbonate luers. Optional silicone tip caps are also available.

Glass syringes are available as 3-piece with a rubber plunger tip and plastic plunger rod with a borosilicate barrel with glass luer slip tip. In additional to disposable, interchangeable and numbered reusable syringes are also available.

Produced under FDA cGMP's, tests include video microscopy for dimensional testing and visual inspections, cleanliness testing, particulate and pyrogen testing, luer taper inspections, torques tests, printing permanence testing, destructive testing, O.D./I.D./Length measuring, action testing, leak testing and resistance to separation testing in compliance with ANSI performance requirements, incorporating 100% inspection.
